Surface Mount Technology
Surface Mount technology is the most commonly used PCB assembly process due to its speed and efficiency. That’s why we offer three Surface Mount technology (SMT) lines, with equipment to meet a wide range of assembly needs.

- QUAD Reflow Oven ZCR 941C - With a passive pre-heat section and integrated thermal profiling system, this machine ensures consistent SMT reflow profiling board after board. - Heller 1088 Reflow Oven - We have three different reflow ovens because each one has unique benefits, depending on the PCB in question. This particular oven has maximum safe velocity gas flow in the heating modules for rapid and uniform heat transfer. It produces optimized temperature profiles and eliminates common soldering problems.
Through-Hole Technology
While less popular than SMT, Through-Hole technology is a reliable process that is still used instead of and in conjunction with SMT to counter the limitations of Surface Mount technology. The solder in Through-Hole technology can endure more stress than its SMT counterpart, making our selective solder machine one of the key machines in this line.
- Orissa 600 Lead Free Selective Soldering Machine by Pillarhouse - This machine offers accurate, controlled flux deposition. The preheat function allows for optimal regulation of temperature profiles and helps reduce thermal shock to localized components. The solder is applied through a nozzle designed to offer increased wave stability and reduce the potential for solder balls. The machine also creates a hot nitrogen curtain, providing an inert atmosphere for the soldering process and helps prevent oxidation.
